SPECIFIC TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The participation in Andina-Pack 2009 is individual and non transferable and has to be completed only to Pafyc Ltda. personally or by mail. The number of products to be displayed has to bear relation to the space which the exhibitor occupies.
Only the products, elements and materials registered in a detailed manner in the contract of participation and that bear relation to the purpose of the fair, can be displayed.
The acceptance of the request for participation obliges the exhibitor to occupy the assigned zone and to maintain it duly presentable and attended, from the start until the closure of the event, by means of a trained and responsible person, who attends the public with the explanations that it requests.

Request and Confirmation

The participation request has to be presented with the duly completed official form, signed and sealed by the exhibiting company.
The acceptance of the request will be confirmed by the organizer/ Pafyc Ltda.

Terms of Payment

The organizer/ Pafyc Ltda. sends invoices to the exhibitor for the agreed payments corresponding to the rights of participation. The exhibitor has to pay the balance in time and form.

Cancellation

If the exhibitor decides to cancel his participation, or modify the size/ location of his stand, the organizer/ Pafyc Ltda. confirms whether it will accept the cancellation or the modification.
The exhibitor has to inform Pafyc Ltda. in a vivid way until 3 months before the fair of his decision to cancel the participation. In this case, the exhibitor has to pay 30% of the total amount corresponding to the contracted area by means of a fine.
The exhibitor has to pay 100% of the contracted area if he cancels his participation within three months prior to the event.

Non Occupation

The forfeit of the exhibitor to occupy his requested and/ or assigned space and the non occupation of the stand by the exhibitor, empowers the organizer/ Pafyc Ltda. to cancel the condition of exhibitor and the right to the stand, with total loss of the amounts credited by the exhibitor. In this case, the organizer/ Pafyc Ltda. may dispose of the space in the manner it deems fit.

Forfeit

The exhibitor may not forfeit, share, sell, donate, nor transfer his stand, or part of the same, except by authorization in writing from the organizer/ Pafyc Ltda.
